Feb 4, 2020The in-hospital course of stable angina pectoris: cardiovascular risk factors, exercise electrocardiogram, and ambulatory monitoring.
Between December 1976 and April 1978, 250 consecutive patients with stable angina pectoris underwent elective ambulatory and exercise electrocardiographic monitoring. One hundred seven patients with a medical history of unstable angina pectoris were excluded. A history of hypertension was present in 102 patients, a history of cigarette smoking in 85, a history of hyperlipidemia in 42, and a history of diabetes mellitus in 32. Left ventricular hypertrophy was present in 92 patients and thallium-201 scintigraphy revealed a fixed defect in 85. The in-hospital course was uneventful in the great majority of the patients (82%). The ambulatory electrocardiogram recordings revealed that 72 patients (29%) had frequent (greater than or equal to 4/hour) episodes of ST segment depression (group I) and that 48 patients (19%) had episodes of T wave inversion (group II). Twenty-nine patients (11%) had no episodes of ST segment or T wave changes (group III). Exercise electrocardiographic tests revealed that the highest incidence of electrocardiographic changes was present in patients with "reversible" ST segment depression (group I), whereas the lowest incidence of electrocardiographic changes was present in patients with "permanent" ST segment depression (group II). Only 12 patients had exercise electrocardiographic changes that were not related to the in-hospital course of the disease.Q:
How to filter out an array of arrays by its first element
I have an array of arrays, that have the structure [key, value]. For each array I want to find the first element that contains an "*" and remove the first element.
I have the following code:
my_array = [
[ 'a' => 'value1', 'b' => 'value2' ],
[ 'a' => 'value3', 'b' => 'value4' ],
[ 'a' => 'value5', 'b' => 'value6' ],
[ 'a' => 'value7', 'b' => 'value8' ],
]
I want to have something like this:
my_array = [
[ 'b' => ' ac619d1d87
